At Kratom Depot we guarantee secure and expedited delivery to all of our customers across the United states.

All Kratom orders placed before 12 PM PST / 3PM EST (Monday – Friday) are shipped same day.  Kratom Depot’s hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Kratom Depot guarantees on-time delivery for all Kratom products shipped directly from our warehouse.  Orders are mailed via USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS services.  The majority of our shipments will arrive via UPSPS in either Priority or Priority Express shipping options.  Packages typically arrive in 2-3 days when shipped via Priority Mail, excluding Sunday’s and holidays.

Restrictions may apply and we are not able to ship to certain states or cities due to local legal restrictions.

Priority Shipping Options

Kratom Depot customers have the option of selecting Priority Mail Express for next day deliver. Pending your location packages shipped via Priority Express typically arrive within 1-2 days. Additional rates apply when shipping with Priority Mail Express.

Package Tracking

Kratom Depot supplies tracking numbers for all orders purchased through kratomdepot.com. This enables our customers to get up to the minute information on the location and estimated time of arrival on all orders processed through our warehouse.  Any orders lost in transit will be replaced in full at no additional cost to the customer.
